WWII U.S. Schlueter Rear Seam Swivel Loop M-1 Helmet & MSA Liner Set (1944-45)Description This is an original WWII U. S. M 1 helmet set. The front seam swivel loop helmet shell was manufactured by Schlueter Manufacturing Co. of St. Louis, Missouri and exhibits a lot number of "466A", approximately dating its production to late 1944. The helmet retains an original olive drab field repaint, cork texture, and OD#7 (green) chinstraps with brass hardware and a steel T1 J hook assembly. The helmet's liner was produced by Mine Safety

Looks good. Not sturdy at all if you want to put any weight on it. It’s purely decorative and is not a functional shelf. I had to use toggle bolts for a hollow wall install. The hardware included was not helpful.
